Mr. Bâtonnier,
Mr Prosecutor of the Republic,
In
a television interview, you basically tell the French that the
government, of which you are part, is doing its best in the fight
against Islamism and its terrorism but that the impossible is not held.
You explain to us the whole panoply of the ideological and factual actions of the State against this terrorism.
On the other hand, there is something you never mention. It is the intervention of the people.
This intervention is called Liberty and especially Freedom of expression.
Not only do you not mention it but the magistrates fight it in a declared way by all the diversity of the legal action.
They meticulously destroy any mobilization of the French people by:
a- The opinion trials they co-sign with the communitarian associations.
b-
The lawsuits and proceedings against the police officers and the
gendarmes whose legitimate action is associated with the death or the
mutilation of the communitarian offender and recidivist delinquent.
c-
A cannibalization of French response capabilities to community
aggression by the notion of "legitimate defense" reduced to intellectual
and judicial sclerosis.
d- Disqualification of the 1905 law
By
pronouncing, almost simultaneously, the acquittal of two rapists of
children of 10 and 11 years of age, in separate trials, the judiciary
itself instituted the compatibility of Shariah, because it is about
this, and the law French.
The facts are, of course, much more diverse and attributable to various institutions.
I
am stopping there from some recent signs and specifically sent by
justice to the French people to threaten him and forbid him to speak and
act.
The
message has been well received and now the communitarians installed in
the university are publicly demanding that terrorism provoke the
transition to an "inclusive" policy, in other words at the end of the
indivisibility of the state.
To
pretend that democracy will be defended by sections of the people
qualified for this purpose to the exclusion of the people themselves can
only lead to situations in which the leaders of the state use
expressions that we hear today such that "We lost the battle of this-that".
It
is at this point that the government must now be brave enough to say
that those of our fellow citizens who engage in criminal activity in a
foreign country must be judged by the justice of this country; in other words, to govern.
Everyone
guesses, however, that he will have to negotiate with the support of
jihadism and allow the majority of these criminals to return.
They
will then support an indictment of France for having forced them to
leave by rejecting them and the vector of the policy of administrative
or community division of the State. It's already underway on television.
Indeed, there is reason to be pessimistic about a victory against Islamism but magistrates have their share.
Thanking you for your attention,
Please accept, Mr Prosecutor of the Republic, my best regards,
Marc SALOMONE
