The precedent and the succession. Ursula von der Leyen and Prisca Thévenot,

The fact is all the more remarkable since everyone was mobilized on their logic on Tuesday April 6, 2021 by the protocol snub inflicted by Mr. Erdogan on Ms. Von der Layen, President of the European Commission.

On Saturday April 10, 2021, as if nothing had happened, on the Cnews Channel, around 6:45 p.m., Punchline, Ms. Prisca Thévenot, spokesperson for LREM, must stop and comment on the nth sneer of a participant in each of its interventions and the smirk when she protests.

She doesn't hesitate to call these mocking interruptions "contempt."

This is indeed how viewers see it, who are also entitled to respect from the speakers.

It is fairly common for women to have their elbows in televised debates in order to be able to express themselves. It happens that they are completely corroded by the connivance of these gentlemen.

But here, as in Ankara, we are witnessing what the press calls a “protocol error”.

It's not a scramble, it's a downgrade. It is not ruled out. It is put in its place, below.

We are witnessing the same putrid connivance on the part of the participants.

A woman takes a slap, moral or material, it remains a private matter between her and her attacker. It remains "formal", family, between us.

As Coluche laughed so well:

Some say it's smudges. You would have seen the mouth of the burr!

Is it too much to ask the leaders of France to put a boost to evacuate these pestilences?

Gentlemen of the Parliament

Ladies and Gentlemen, Presidents of two chambers

By zapping as it should, I gradually notice something invisible at first glance and astounding in its very probable repetition.

1- On Saturday April 10, I wrote to cantonade:

“On Saturday April 10, 2021, as if nothing had happened, on the Cnews Channel, around 6:45 pm, Punchline, Ms. Prisca Thévenot, spokesperson for LREM, must stop and comment on the nth sneer of a participant in each of her interventions and the smirk when she protests. "

2- Since then, I have seen the Member of Parliament Thévenot on different programs.

But, I notice little by little that it seems that she is never again on the set where she suffered a sexist ratoon in due form.

On the other hand, the aggressor journalist and his accomplices in omerta, or in submission, are them always at their posts.

They are surely there because of their excellence.

The fact remains that the Member of Parliament is no longer there while she is still the delegate of LREM on this channel. But not on this show, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The only explanation is that she is standing aside due to the inconvenience caused.

As always, she understood, or we made her understand, that it would be elegant of her not to come, at least for a while. Otherwise, she would take the ridicule of making everyone uncomfortable, starting with the culprit.

Like the good old times.

As a lawyer told me in 1992: “A problem that you don't talk about is a problem that doesn't exist. We will no longer talk about this rape and it will never have existed. ". With the support of the President of the Bar, the prosecution, the headquarters, the Prefect.

Have things really changed?

Is it too much to ask parliamentarians not to accept the moral enjoyment of one of them in public?

Are parliamentarians so blind, cowardly, irresponsible that they think that such an aggression can go unpunished without leading to public consequences?

The difference with street harassment? The television show is now placed in the jurisprudence of the street. She is the surety, the stallion, legal of the sidewalk gouapes.

I ask that the parliament organize the public hearing of this incident, that the channel explains on the air on this chauvinist ratonnade, apologizes to the Member of Parliament and the public, publicly say if someone should leave the show and who.

If you think that there is no death of a man and that the omerta is the solution, it must be said too.

Thanking you and looking forward to reading you in the press,

Please accept, Honorable Presidents of Parliament, Ladies and Gentlemen, Presidents of two Chambers, the expression of my distinguished sentiments,

Marc SALOMONE

Gentlemen of the Parliament

Ladies and Gentlemen, Group Presidents of the two chambers

Along with the slap in the face of Istanbul and the immolation of Mérignac; parliamentarians seem to take it for granted that a deputy should be scoffed at by a journalist during a televised debate, just as in 2013 an alter ego must have suffered the cackling of a colleague on the bench while she was speaking in session.

When a member apostrophes the program chief saying that she is disrespected in the current debate, I believe her.

Basically, things are more normal than they appear. Nothing changes.

1- On October 9, 2013, a deputy cackled during the intervention of a deputy to assimilate it to a casserole dish.

He had to apologize and was punished.

This was the old price to pay for the presence of women in the assembly to be tolerated.

2- On Tuesday April 6, 2021, Mr. Erdogan, President of Turkey, inflicts a protocol snub on Ms. Von der Layen, President of the European Commission.

He does it because she is a woman and according to the procedures of insults specifically addressed to them.

This is the new price to pay for a possible deal between the EU and Turkey.

3- Everything is in order.

It is decided that the author is not responsible for anything.

a- It is up to Mrs Von der Leyen to organize herself in the future.

b- It is up to Europeans to justify sexist action.

4- On Saturday April 10, 2021, as if nothing had happened, on the Cnews Channel, around 6:45 p.m., Punchline, Ms. Prisca Thévenot, spokesperson for LREM, must stop and comment on the nth sneer of a participant in each of his interventions and his smirk when she protests.

This is the new price to pay for balanced information on violence against women.

5- Make everything in order.

On Thursday May 7 or Friday May 8, from memory, the same people are present in the same program.

Mme Thévenot pays a discreet tribute to the chronicler who insulted her.
The latter perishes and takes this presence as a dubbing.

6- On May 4 in Mérignac, a woman was burned alive.

Source le figaro: "She wanted to live in France as a Frenchwoman, but her husband did not agree. He wanted an Algerian as in Algeria", explains a source familiar with the matter. "She was not very free, she wanted to go out to cafes and put on jeans, but he didn't want to ", continues the same source"

This is the new price to pay for respecting cultural differences.

- The continuity of the action

By cackling, removing the seat, sneering, a little gasoline, these people put women in their place, these casseroles, these useless, these hysterics, these unconscious.

They are first and foremost instruments at the disposal of chauvinists who are the only legitimate holders of Power.

8- The continuity of pleasure

a- The deputy cackled for pleasure and he reproached his colleagues from other groups for lacking humor.

b- Mr. Erdogan, Head of State, humiliates his interlocutor in order to reach the organization she represents; and for fun.

c- A journalist humiliates a deputy to assert his own authority in the program; and for fun.
d- In Mérignac, a man kills his wife because she refuses to conform to her religious administrative principles; and for fun.

There are three formulas that all people who have been abused know by heart:

a- If you can't laugh, I can't help it.

b- It is indecent to make fuss.

c- The worst mistake would be to talk about it.

How can we hope to impose respect on people who see that the representatives of the People laugh with them, refuse to make fuss, forget the facts?

In fact, there has been no public reparation for this voluntary lowering of a member because she is a woman.

The arrangement that leads the member to obsequiously flatter her attacker is no excuse.

In case an apology has been made, let us know the location of their publication.

In any case, a public apology should be made by the author and the TV channel.

Thanking you for your attention and looking forward to hearing from you,

Please accept, Madam, Sir, the assurance of my best regards,

Marc SALOMONE

Gentlemen of the Parliament

Ladies and Gentlemen, Group Presidents of the two chambers

In my previous letters concerning Mrs. Prisca Thévenot, I made a mistake.

She is not a Member of Parliament but one of the spokespersons for LREM.

This better explains the brutality and weakness of the verbal aggression she suffered from a journalist during a program in which she participated regularly; until there .

I apologize for this mistake.

This does not exempt anyone from asking for a public apology from the perpetrator as well as from the channel which tolerated them in its activity.

On May 12, 2021, the President of the Senate did not hesitate to call the Keeper of the Seals to order for what he considered to be a lack of respect for a senator and for the serenity of the debate of the High Assembly.

Should this case law of public dialogue not extend to journalists from the political media who cleverly insult the simple spokesperson for the constitutional body that is a party?

Do we need Titles or blood for the respect due to a woman to be said?

Thanking you for your attention and looking forward to hearing from you,

Please accept, Madam, Sir, the assurance of my best regards,

It is therefore established that a woman can be insulted and treated as an inferior in public, in the exercise of her functions, and be affected in the evolution of these, without any public authority requesting it. Account.

What happened at Cnews on Saturday April 10, 2021, is identical to the disqualification action carried out by a deputy against his colleague on October 9, 2013.

a- In one case, the deputy was sanctioned.

b- In the other, the woman, spokesperson for LREM, in the exercise of her functions, was displaced and officiates on other channels or other programs, after having pledged allegiance to her attacker .

The only reason for this support seems to be the political importance of the aggressor in the ideological apparatus of the Chaîne.

Here we are in the classic scenario of the important man who can distract himself from the derisory woman.

All the viewers saw it and noticed who stayed and who went.

From the moment the public authorities choose which attacks to keep quiet and which to make public, which attackers to punish and which to protect:

a- What can French executives say to other aggressors of women?

b- What is their moral and political authority to do so?

c- In the name of which jurisprudence?

Thanking you for your attention and looking forward to hearing from you,

Gentlemen of the Parliament

Ladies and Gentlemen, Group Presidents of the two chambers

On Friday June 4, I saw Ms. Thévenot again on the Punchline program where she was insulted on April 10, 2021 under the same conditions as MP Véronique Massonneau, interrupted by hen cries, on October 9, 2013 at the 'National Assembly.

It seems that she is there again as of right.

I took the current show. But if there had been the slightest debate or the slightest excuse on the part of the journalist at fault, we would have known about it elsewhere.

She is lucky. She was not fired from her position as spokesperson for LREM for lack of humor and story-making.

Meanwhile, other men will have draped themselves in the jurisprudence of this show to demean other women, put them in their place, test their sense of humor and their ability to live together.

I ignore the behind the scenes of this show, but I guess this interchangeable woman was the carpet on which the indispensable man wiped his feet; the grouillotte and the star.

I still believe that this affair is a trap for the public authority of the defenders of women's rights. The chauvinists have acquired a mastery of the codes of these.

It was indeed a voluntary political act, examined, followed.

Thanking you for your attention and looking forward to hearing from you,

Please accept, Madam, Sir, the assurance of my best regards,

Marc SALOMONE
