1. Preamble
A- Human Rights
1- The French team and its members are agents of the public administration.
2- For the French, honest institutions and honest personnel are a right.
3- Declaration of Human Rights, Art. 15. The Company has the right to require any Public Official to account for its administration.
B- News
As luck would have it, at two-day intervals the media successively announce that:
a- "This Monday, March 14, Karim Benzema became the top French scorer in history (clubs and selection combined) with 413 goals. That's two units more than Thierry Henry (411)", since the goals scored in foreign clubs are counted in France. .
b- "The top French scorer in the history of football Karim Benzema will be tried on appeal in Versailles in the 'sextape' case on June 30 and July 1, several months before the 2022 World Cup".
The stage is set.
a- the Court of Appeal is assigned to the ridiculous, even wrongful judgment, of the incarnation of a National Force, irresistible, transcendent.
b- who is she to judge him?
This is the pressure that will be exerted by the media on the Court of Appeal, on June 30, 2022.
He never recognized the legitimacy of the tribunal. He called it a "masquerade" (January 21) and ignored it (at trial).
Admittedly, the judgment is the sole responsibility of the magistrates, but its consequences are imposed on the public, who can discuss the terms of what they are subjected to.
2)- the challenge
At first instance, the 7th correctional chamber of Versailles pronounced the conviction and a sentence.
It's a given for decent people.
Apparently, the defendants will want to obtain an acquittal.
Indeed, they have not regretted anything of what they have done nor given up on their ambitions.
The culprit is the victim who filed the complaint, the troublemaker is the police commissioner who investigated.
The challenge of the first instance was to record, by a prison sentence, the circumstantial defeat of the action of these thugs.
They could emerge victorious from the tribunal. Thank him for that.
What is at stake in this Appeal trial is therefore not the penalty and its quantum (acquired in the first instance), but whether the penalty accompanies the crime, if it inserts it, accommodates it, or if it puts the thugs on notice to submit or resign.
Is the sentence Firm or Suspended?
3)- The two logics
1- The Farm
It does not matter whether the Firm sentence is declared suitable for conversion or not.
The tribunal established case law prohibiting any interpenetration of the state and hooliganism; even if she is funny, nice, friendly, family.
It is the clear and unequivocal refusal of Mafia action which is defined precisely by the intrusion of common law crime into the State.
The State distinguishes between honest people and discriminates against dishonest people.
2- The reprieve
For society, the reprieve is here the expression of a moral complicity not with the crime which is precisely recognized and condemned but with the defendant, his ideology, his social background, his person.
These criminals take unfair advantage of society's legitimate understanding of troubled youth.
In practice, their crime becomes an exploit, a masterpiece, an opening.
All athletes know this: the referee is angry, the coach is pissed, but the goal is scored!
The crime will not be repeated, it is useless.
It has opened up new avenues, or consolidated current practices, which others will be able to explore, multiply, each time with different pretexts and comprehensive and appropriate reprieves.
Already, given the course of Mr. Valbuena, the Commissioner of Police in charge of curbing the aggression, the conviction of the thugs, the players will look twice before denouncing a racketeering.
4)- The first instance
The Court of Appeal is faced with a one-year suspended sentence.
The condemnation is therefore acquired but it is immediately retracted.
This is judicial treatment to which statesmen are no longer entitled (President of the Republic, Prime Minister, Minister of the Interior, etc.).
It is therefore justified to wonder by what reasoning the 7th correctional chamber of Versailles managed to formulate the reprieve?
a- The court recognized the personal criminality of Mr. Benzema and sentenced him as such.
b- By what intellectual shift did the sentence evolve into a reprieve?
We will see that however surprising it may seem, the court here accepts the arguments of all the Mafiosos.
Indeed, they all act out of a spirit of family, friendship and honour.
5)- The various facets of the "stay" argument.
1- The statement of the motive and its source
The 7th chamber retains the disinterested personal involvement of the accused.
Indeed, because of his fortune, he cannot be interested in the trifles of gouaps with which he joins.
The court judges that the fortune of the defendant refers him to a moral responsibility.
What is it ?
For the court, his "motive" was the "unconditional friendship" he "had for Karim Zenati".
This is the reason why the court takes the path of sentencing with the use of a suspended sentence.
2- Crime of passion
Why did Mr. Benzema associate himself, seriously and not recklessly, with this small strike, his "unconditional friend", to whom he could pay his profit (between 25000e and 150000e) or make him a loan to install it? He does it for this "unconditional friendship".
At a time when "murders of passion", renamed "honor killings", are disqualified in their impunity and reclassified as aggravated murders; a new jurisprudence of "passionate racketeering" is created.
The impulse racket, the nostalgic romance of the crime that grabs you by the throat, the sudden reunion of identity conflicts that jump out at you.
I bump into my wife. It's normal, she knows that if she makes a mistake, I can no longer control myself. But I love her and she loves me even more.
Without this cop who wanted to be zealous and made her sign anything without her knowledge, she would never have filed a complaint.
She's a good girl, she's fragile. This cop has unfairly brought out that slut character that all women have who are manipulated by dishonest people.
Put Valbuena, Commissioner, French, in place of women and cop and you have the whole Benzema story.
3- Political crime
When conflicts between men replace conflicts between the sexes, we are necessarily in politics.
Which ?
On June 16, 2016, the website of the newspaper L'Équipe, published this information:
“Karim Benzema confided in the Spanish daily Marca and notably returned to his non-selection for the Euro.
After the words of Eric Cantona, accusing Didier Deschamps of not having taken Benzema and Ben Arfa for their North African origins, the Real Madrid striker indirectly bounced on the subject.
To the question of "if Didier Deschamps is racist, as Eric Cantona suggests",
the player immediately replied "No, I don't think so",
before specifying: “Deschamps yielded under the pressure of a racist part of France. You should know that in France the extreme right party arrived in the second round of the last elections.
But I don't know if it's an individual decision by Didier, because I get along well with him, and with the president. I get on well with everyone.”

It is therefore by no means accidental or gratuitous that Mr. Benzema's "unconditional friends" are of the Arab type and if his prey is of the European type.
Neither one nor the other would have extorted a similar ethno-religious person.
Mr. Benzema plays hide and seek with politics but he does not stop doing it.
It is fully his right. Let him assume!
The facts tell us the political affiliations in which Mr. Benzema and his mafia partners belong.
4- Naivety
Let's take a look at Mr. Benzema's predispositions to passionate naivety.
He earns his fortune because he manages his career.
He knows perfectly well how to eliminate from the team the players who bother him in various ways.
He is the rich friend who could settle his poor "unconditional friend" in an honest business.
He didn't do any of that.
He just followed up on this gang's criminal proposal.
The court emphasizes that he did so greedily for the action and with malice for the victim.
The President made it clear that the attacker showed "no benevolence towards Matthieu Valbuena, quite the contrary" and acted "with a certain excitement, even a certain jubilation".
He never apologized, "quite the contrary".
Is this the attitude of a naive person who is content to pass on the sweet note of his childhood friend to a teammate, like participating in a schoolboy joke?
5- Recklessness
Let's see the schoolboy arguments of the thugs in this case.
All people who have been assaulted or raped, women or men, know them by heart.
Humor, recklessness, generosity, misunderstood by the victim are the classic denials of rapists.
Their gesture was misunderstood, if the victim had not defended himself nothing bad would have happened, it was she who spoke badly, provoked, insulted.
The victim has no humor and in addition she, or he, liked it. If he or she complains, it's actually because they're sluts, jealous, paranoid.
We find here all these ingredients in each of the statements of these thugs, the arguments of the court, the outraged remarks of the lawyers.
6- The Chief
Mr. Benzema has not lost his mind for a second in this affair.
He seized the opportunity to impose his views on the France team, in sport, in society.
He knows that he is using a gouape, a private agent, to extort a member of the France team to which he himself belongs on the training ground of the latter.
In other words, he organizes the transmission of criminal proceedings from private thugs in the State, to civil servants or agents of the State, within the confines of the State.
his is the definition of mafia action.
7- Italy
Mr. Benzema did what thousands of his fellows around the world are doing.
At the same time when he committed his crime, a trial of several dozen Mafiosos began in Italy.
They were all like Mr. Benzema, clean people, notables, who could boast of being able to make a living without the mafia.
However, they are, unbeknownst to their own free will, the vehicles of Mafia penetration.
8- Conscious public action
Consciously, he wanted to participate in the installation in the State, on his own terrain, that of sport, of mafia networks based on crime and the sociology of ethnic-religious distinction.
His "unconditional friendship" is the adjuvant of this enterprise, the opportunity seized, the opportunity.

9- Political filiation
In the 20th century, the horizon of these political lines, of these social networks, was called "fascism".

10- Continuation
As Mr. Valbuena and the
police commissioner whom he has joined have put an end to the joke,
these scoundrels can take on the air of unconditional friendship, of
startled virginity, of outraged innocence.
It would have been
quite different if the prey had had the presumed vulnerability.
In the courtroom, one of the defendants tried to blackmail Mr. Valbuena by producing a sexual video to discredit him.
They haven't given up on anything.
They thought and they still think they had the law and the forces of the state with them.
Rapists, beating spouses, think no differently.
The scenarios, before, during, after, are sadly the same, with the same adaptations to the force of the prey and the opinions of the State.
They never go back on the merits of their actions.
11- The Commissioner
The legal and professional attacks against the Commissioner of Police who put an end to this mafia enterprise are a particularly serious indication of the refusal of the defendants to back down from their crime, to change their point of view, to return to legality.
They have made this Commissioner a genuine victim of their aggression.
6)- Judicial accommodation
For surely respectable reasons that I don't know, the court let itself be fooled by the socio-indignant cries and howls of the thugs and their supporters.
These people cry very loudly for miscarriage of justice so that the court can believe that they want an acquittal, by refusing social and racial stigmatization, and that a punishment that is not light but purely verbal is enough to designate the crime.
So, on the contrary, it legalizes and reinforces it.
They are not stupid. What they are aiming for, like all mafiosos, is not the abolition of the law (they are themselves owners) but its development.
They first want a painless judgment, the reprieve is a classic of this device.
Then, this judgment must provide an educational guide for the next criminals.
The "respite" fulfills this expectation.
By following the route thus traced, they take charge of the future.
7)- The victims
1- Mr. Valbuena
Mr. Benzema will, reluctantly, give 80,000th to Mr. Valbuena when the latter has lost his qualification for the French team and the career that follows.
He lost millions because of Mr. Benzema and his action in the exercise of their common profession, on the common training ground, that of the State.
2- The Commissioner
In support of their offensive, the thugs did everything to counter the police investigation but also to destroy professionally and humanely this man because he resisted them. To make him let go.
As their similar struck Bernard Tapie who protested against the aggression of his wife during the devastation of his house.
3- The acolytes
Mr. Benzema claims to have given in to close friendships.
In fact, he took advantage of their financial distress and their moral perversity.
Certainly, they must be condemned for the actions they committed of their own free will.
The fact remains that the pretext put forward by Mr. Benzema is that he could not refuse them his help.
He is therefore also indebted to them.
8)- Good faith
If Mr. Benzema wants to prove his good faith and give hope that he has reflected on his career, he must give tangible proof that the Tribunal can appreciate.
That, spontaneously, on his own initiative, Mr. Benzema:
1- pays five million euros in compensation to Mr. Valbuena.
2- pays two million euros in compensation to the Commissioner
3- contributes to the installation of his "unconditional friends" instead of keeping them in misery to reserve the villainous exploitation.
The Court will then have a sure indication of his probable good faith.
He will be able to speak honestly about the facts and their illegality.
9)- The real heroes
a- Mr. Benzema was in the service of France.
He used it to establish his commercial notoriety and foment mafia penetration by the state.
If he momentarily failed, he has nothing to do with it. He still regrets this failure as much as he condemns those who prevented him from succeeding.
b- Died for France
At the same time, young people were also enlisting in the Service of France.
For a modest salary, they gave their lives for her.
8)- Conclusion
It is an unworthy man who will appear before the Court of Appeal of Versailles to be judged there.
The French are waiting for the guarantee that his freedom is no longer a source of criminality against them.
Either, he continues in the idea of the crime and the prison must publicly repress this political line.
Either, he shows pledges of his good faith and the Court will appreciate.
