TWO MEMORIAL SPEECHES

Renewing with the concerns of General De Gaulle, the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, pronounces, on August 15, 2019, a Great speech for the commemorations of the Landing of Provence, August 15, 1944.

It is at this time and in this place the only authority to use this commemoration for purposes of national and international politics. So everyone listens, comments, thinks.

This speech is part of the Gaullist political line of June 18, 1940. That of the opposition of the "de facto government" of Vichy and the continuity of the Republic based in London. By the Landing, France regains its freedom and sovereignty.

The Republic is not restored since it has never ceased to be the only legality.
See the Order of June 3, 1944 establishing the Provisional Government of the French Republic. Article 1 states that:
"The form of Government is and remains the Republic. In law, it has not ceased to exist. "

This discourse on France which is reborn in the light after four years spent in the "dark" has this quality that it opposes frontally to the speech of the Commemoration of the Rafle of Vel'd'hiv, of July 16, 1942, pronounced by the President of the Republic Jacques Chirac, July 16, 1995.

By this speech, written in the filiation of the defeat of the Soviet Union of 1991, President Chirac:
Place France in the camp of the vanquished, genocidal criminals.
b- Legalize the capitulation of June 1940 and the Vichy government; under cover of denouncing the crimes to which the administrations in place were subjected.
c- Subordinate the history of France to the corporate demands of a fraction of the people.

It is the repetition of the legal authority of the corporatist doctrine imposed by Vichy during the annihilation of France. Vichy substituted corporatism, and its community-based, ethnico-religious versions, for citizenship imposed by the Republic.

It should be noted that:
1- The passage of corporatism or Orders to citizenship was voted on August 4, 1789, by the National Assembly and signed by the King.
2- Corporatism can not therefore claim any legitimacy in the continuity of the state.

It was necessary that the State be defeated, betrayed, enslaved, so that this corporatist doctrine, abandoned by right in 1789, reappears in 1940, by what Charles Mauras called "The divine surprise".

The 1995 speech thus organizes the opposition of the facts in which the French administrations participated, which would found the legality of a "French State", and the "Gaullist vulgate" of the continuity of the Republic.

Petain and Vichy are the truth of France. De Gaulle and London are the lie.

To this end, this bewildering speech sets up a dishonest intellectual device.
1- It takes all the petainist codes of guilt, defeatism, capitulation, corporatism.
2- It outrageously violates the principle of secularism by including religious legends in the reasoning of the state.
"The Torah makes every Jew have a duty to remember. "
3- He insults one of the most illustrious people in history, the Egyptian people. He takes up the religious and false accusation of the enslavement of the Jews by the Pharaohs.
"One sentence always comes back that says," Never forget that you were a stranger and a slave in Pharaoh's land ".
4- Everyone knows today:
a- That it has never been anything.
b) That the Pyramids were built by free and well-regarded workers.
The Jews were not slaves but slave traders.
4- This political restoration of the primacy of corporatism over citizenship accompanies the inscription in the stone, the monuments, the celebrations, of a distinction, monstrous and without object, between the deportees.
5- This discrimination between the deportees is illegal from the moment when it engages the public authorities and a public action.
6- This reference to the "Torah" substitutes religious law for civil law and confers on Jewish persons the special status of nationals "having been foreigners". That is, conferring on them the official title of permanent persecuted; but superiorly heroic, intelligent and above all innocent!
This distinction is simply unconstitutional.
7- This disconcerting speech makes a fraction of the People judge of it.

Chirac is Petainist. Macron is Gaullist.

How long can the French State hold without publicly deciding this Gordian knot?

In the book "Judges in Corsica", Jean-Michel Verne collects the testimony of nine judges. They tell us that in Corsica it is time to get out of the ambiguity between the state and criminals and that the issue of confrontations is now that there is a winner and a loser. They do not seem convinced that the winner is the state.

We can say the same of the French memorial policy and its public consequences. Marc
