DEBATE WANTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC IN 2020.
REFLECTION ON TWO SPEECHES OF NATIONAL
RECOVERY (DE GAULLE AND MACRON) AND ON POLITICAL ANARCHY.
(Continuation of reflection n 41 of

1) - The imbroglio of lies
The severing of ties between
university-level executives and the French, the People, produced this
tour de force that this government took responsibility for the faults
of its predecessors.
Indeed :
a- He is not directly responsible for
any of the shortages which endanger the French in this crisis;
shortages of masks, frost, tests, beds.
b- It was the socialist and UMP
governments that dismantled the hospital, liquidated the stock of
masks, outsourced the manufacture of drugs and tests.
c- This government has its
responsibilities but not these.
As under the IVth Republic, all of
political life settled on this muddle of lies.
2) - Two speeches
History gives us to read two speeches
concerning a decisive economic and social crisis.
1- De Gaulle
To restore France in 1945 and maintain
it in 1968, De Gaulle ruled and worked with the Communists; that is
to say the camp opposite.
This allowed him to add gender equality
which costs nothing to the costly measures of economic recovery of a
country in ruins.
a- It mobilizes economic actors.
b- It mobilizes the population through
a democratic overhaul of institutions.
c- This is called modernizing or
upgrading.
2- Macron
Macron seems determined to continue to
preserve the exclusivity of the same; the narrow circles of the
"boots".
This exclusivity of some and this
exclusion of others has been organized for years by the political
confinement of all of France; the suffocation of the economy and
democracy.
a- It aligns the costly economic
measures. Good.
b- He does not say a word about the
measures that rebuild democracy, mobilize the population, and cost
nothing.
This is the case with the parity which
he said on March 8, 2020 that it is "the great cause of my
five-year term".
This measure costs nothing.
During this time, the women take in the
women in the closed confinement.
This is mainly because the beating men
uphold the administrative, structural superiority of men over women.
Public recognition of this function was
recently renewed by the Grenelle of violence against women.

times of crisis.
The possibility of other reforms is not
mentioned.
Conclusion
I don't think the government can get
away with it and France with it.
a- Hatred and contempt for the French
have become a political issue for the networks of managers.
b- They will not yield more to the
demands of democratic reform of administrative policy than their
predecessors have yielded to the demands of decolonization.
c- They will prefer to lead France
again in defeat; maybe the last one.
In 1945, the government immediately built the administrations of hope. This is what gave him the opportunity to rebuild..

2- Packages
