CONTRIBUTION (12) TO THE NATIONAL DEBATE DESIRED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC IN 2019. ISLAMIZATION, GANGSTERISM OF PROXIMITY, SUBVERSION OF LAW, FASCISM, DEMOCRACY, POLITICS (Continuation of contribution n ° 12 of March 5, 2019, see: madic50)


1) - The facts
On Saturday, March 2, 2019, two people are on the same scooter in the Mistral district of Grenoble.
One is called Soli Adam, he is 17 years old, the other whose press refuses to give the name although he is major, is called Fathi, he is 19 years old.
After many offenses and twists made to others, they are caught spinning by the Anti-Crime Brigade (BAC),
Following a particularly dangerous leak, they kill each other by hitting a bus.

On the evening of their death, the Public Prosecutor makes the following presentation:
a- Regarding the two victims, the Prosecutor confirmed their age: 17 and 19 years. Both were known to the police for petty crime.
b- This Saturday, March 2, they were riding on a stolen scooter, a Yamaha T-Max with a cylinder capacity of 125 cubic centimeters.
b- If some points remain to be clarified, it seems that this scooter and its passengers have been the cause of many traffic offenses throughout the evening: the two young people were driving without a helmet, without lighting, without license plates , at a high speed and even circulating on the sidewalks in the area of ​​Cours Jean-Jaurès.
c- The scooter was spotted at 9 pm by the municipal police after hitting the mirrors of several vehicles parked on the Cours.
d- It is then reported and taken in spinning after "endangering other road users".
e- The Prosecutor pointed out that the police had followed the procedure in force in such circumstances, namely a discreet follow-up and the absence of contact with the offending two-wheelers.

It follows several days of so-called urban riots.

As usual, the media only give the names of the protagonists. The exceptions concern the parents to whom, by deduction, the children can be attached.

I remind you that to name a person of full age by his first name is to make a minor, legally, a slave, or even a slave.

One of the major administrative services produced by the French Revolution is the civil status. To give a name to all men is one of the administrative foundations of Democracy.

On March 6, 2019, under the auspices of the family and the Mosque, in the presence of the local Imam, a White March is held in memory of these two dead people. According to the media, 1500 people participate. They will be thanked by the families.

Following this March, the two families and their lawyers hold a press conference.

However, in this intervention, both in the sentence and in the place where it was pronounced, the lawyer and the uncle representing the families leave the defense of the law and the family memory to summon the court and society to take sides. for another conflict than the responsibility for the death of the two motorcyclists; a political conflict.

What motivates the reflection below is precisely this argument and its political consequences in the exercise of the law as well as the constitution and the functioning of the Public Authorities.

2) - The lawyer
1- The lawyer of one of the scooter's passengers uses this mobilization to attack the constitutional right of the police to arrest the offenders.
a- He emphasizes first of all that "the questions of the families - who have constituted themselves civil parties - are numerous".

b- "What could have led police departments to chase a scooter with a minor and a young adult? (The police chase after them while driving without helmets and venturing onto the highway, while the risk of an accident is particularly high?
c- (...) What could ground such a risk taking? It is on the exact circumstances of this so-called accident that families are waiting for answers, "he continued, referring to more enlightening videos on the unfolding of the facts than the official videos.

d- "To what extent can the police authority put two users at risk and drive a neighborhood in such a state of turmoil? These angry reactions can be understood, "said the lawyer.
2- For Karim, Adam's uncle, "we took the lives of two children because they did not have helmets. It is pain, sorrow and solidarity that are expressed today "with this white march that was" a great comfort, "he told the press.

This lawyer and the families are in their right to tell the court what they think is useful for the defense of their client or to salute during the funeral journey the memory of their deceased parents.

This is not at all the concern of the speakers of the White March.

Leaving the discussion of the formal causes of the death of his client, the lawyer proceeds in a clever interrogative form to question the right of the police to act against offenders, delinquents, scoundrels in action.

In doing so, he installs the trial in a review of the formation and functioning of the public authorities.

The Tribunal is asked to redefine who the law is and who represents it.

cf. the lawyer: "What could have led the police to hunt a scooter with a minor and a young adult? (...) What could be the basis of such risk-taking? ... How far the police authority can make two users take risks and drive a neighborhood in such a state of 'stir? These angry reactions can be understood ","

The lawyer wants to obtain the guarantee of the right to discredit the police in favor of the accreditation of certain civilian forces.

This kind of fight is valid in the face of an injustice which presents an inequality of right between populations.

In 1932, communist women ran for office, making them criminals and taking them to prison.
a- The lawyers of the Communist Party have not failed to ask the Court to remove male citizens from their right to force women to be legally minor in favor of the right of women to be full citizens.

b) As a matter of course, this party demanded at the same time to divest the settlers of their legal exclusivities in order to recognize the benefit to all the populations who were deprived of them and as such named indigenous. It will be acquired in 1946.

It is this involvement of the Tribunal in a constitutional political debate that the lawyer wants to obtain.

The police must lose the right to prosecute the offenders and they must be granted the right to offender legally.

To this end, both parties mobilize the public, under the patronage of the family and the Mosque. This one acts in political party of right since the regional election of 2015.

3) - The mobilization of families
1- The mobilization of families is shown:
a- by the urban violence that precedes and follows the White March.
b- by the White March
2- She tells herself by the word of the uncle of one of the dead passengers.

2- The family strategy
The uncle does not stage the right but the two aspects of morality; immorality and morality.

A- immorality
a- First, the immorality of the disproportion of punishment and delinquency.
It is immoral to apply a sentence of abysmal disproportion with the offense. The police applied the death penalty ("we took away life") "because they did not have helmets".
b- The immorality of attacking "two children" when one is an adult and one is there to protect them.
c- Let's remember for the record that the two arguments are fake.

B- Morality
a- Fortunately, morality has its supporters, its defenders: "It is pain, sorrow and solidarity that are expressed today"
b- the massive expression of these feelings are "a great comfort" for the family.

3- Remember that the public debate:
a- is not about the fact that families and friends of the family accompany in "grief, sorrow, solidarity" the dead at funerals. Burial is one of the first human facts. It is made for this.

b- it relates to the political place of the statement of these remarks. This place completely changes the meaning.
c- Clearly; the concerned Muslim population, as shown by burial places (Muslim square and return to Turkey), has come together and united on a program of public action which is officially translated into constitutions of civil parties.

4) - The White March
The form taken by the gathering of the public around the dead thugs is:
a- first, urban violence and civil terror.
b- then the White March.

The White March has become a common public tool to protest, commemorate, testify, express, etc.

It appears that there are two categories of White March:
1- The Walk for an honest person
Thus, on July 29, 2018, a 26-year-old Frenchman is killed with a knife because he wants to intervene between a brawl between two bands at the exit of a nightclub in Grenoble. His relatives organize a White March where family friends and public order come.

2- The March for thugs in exercise
a- The March of March 6th has a singularity. Under the guise of honoring victims, it mobilizes opinion in favor of thugs and their right to exercise their voyeuries.
b- Of course these people are formally "victims". As soon as we receive a blow without being able to return it we are called "victim".
c- In reality, these people died in the exercise of their villainous functions and by the mere fact of these.
d- No one disputes the right of these families and their friends to pay homage to the dead in the cemetery, in family or religious enclosures.
On the other hand, to organize a public demonstration to impose gangsterism and viciousness as elements of the constitution and the functioning of the Public authorities is quite another thing.

3- A political line
It is singular that the accusations made during the march and the press conference are always accompanied by so-called "urban" violence.

They take place in the name of the irrepressible "anger" of the Moslem populations, obviously discriminated against, mainly Arab and African in France.

However, at the same time as this fatal incident, and the deliberately destructive manifestations that accompany them, facts confirm the political significance of these famous "urban violence".

1- Hundreds of thousands of Algerians are demonstrating in Algeria against the regime in place. Protesters say they can not stand it anymore, and so on. Hundreds of Algerians are doing the same in Paris.
2- In Algiers as in Paris, there is not a broken window, a car scratched by these angry protesters.
3- The proximity terror that seals protected and honored elements of these populations, on the occasion of their French policy, is indeed the effect of a political line.

5) - A configuration
Both parties, lawyers and parents gather by the same press conference in the same fight, legal and public.

In doing so, they occupy the law and the street with the same political objective of obtaining from the Court that it validates the right of such a population to benefit from a right from which it is effectively excluded; that of delinquent.

What is the purpose of this mobilization of which the parties present themselves as lawyers and parents defending "two children"?

The public mobilization to which they both proceed and the objectives that they assign to it make rioters and walkers political activists who seek to impose the primacy of the right of thugs to act freely on the right of police to stop them.

The aim is that the trial is a political trial that modifies the functioning of the public authorities.

We are not there in the context of an activity of corruption and use of thugs for political purposes by the ruling Power, such as the SAC in 1960-62, or by local authorities, such as the Marseille City Hall. 1920 to 1945 and after 1947.

In all these cases, the state manipulates and keeps control of operations. In this case, regularly, police operations return the thugs to their subordinate place.

The Americans thus proceed in all the dominated states. Once they have stopped serving, the dictators they have installed in power are arrested and sentenced for drug trafficking; as in Panama.

6) - Another configuration
With this White March, we are in a different configuration.

These people do not ask that thugs are not wanted. They demand that they can exercise law and that the police be subordinate to them.

In France, to my knowledge, the last time, and probably the only time, where the police were subordinated to thugs and where they were free to act legally was the Occupation.
a- The thugs installed in the Vichy regime marked their political and institutional presence by the organization of grandiose funerals to the deceased godfathers. The funeral of the mafia Carbon had the magnitude of a national funeral.
b- At the same time, the police lost their primacy in the representation of public authorities and shared the exercise with the thugs accredited under the legal regime of the Occupation.

Unlike the Italian mafia, it is not particular social groups, in this case the salaried executives of feudal properties of the 19th century, who have gradually gangrened a region and a population.

The formidable social and political struggles of southern Italy bear witness to this conflict within the same population and its character of class struggles.

In the case of this White March, we are faced with the manipulation of a form of villainous action by a singular population, in this case Muslim, for political ends. There was an Imam leading the procession.

7) - The affinities
The showdown between the police and the voyeur, organized by this lawyer and this uncle, is one of the aspects of the political struggle that the authors of the book "INCH'ALLAH" (MM Gerard DAVET and Fabrice LHOMME) have thus qualified .13-14: "The idea of ​​this book arose from a question: within this community, do we witness the rise of supporters of a claiming Islam, which would seek to extend its territory, to gain whole sections of society? Clearly, to Islamize a department, or more if affinities? "

This White March and the speech of the lawyer participate in a mass political movement:
a- who does not cease to mobilize a part of the population, that called "suburbs"; in other words, Muslim.
b- who is present at the heart of the Metropolises; its political activity of urban violence too.

In Paris, the deputy mayor in charge of housing participated in a report stating that this ethnico-religious terror leads to the vacancy of thousands of homes abandoned by their tenants.

This policy integrates the criminal culture and its networks into the organization of public life, demands the legalization of its practices, legitimizes the benefits derived by families and neighbors, and transforms the damage, medical or mortal, suffered by the thugs. action, during their conflicts with the police, in violation of the rights of the population and the wounded internal clashes to thugs as martyrs of discrimination.

8) - The new law
The White March of Grenoble brings a useful precision. This mass policy can not evolve without requiring the suppression of the right of the police, and the gendarmerie, to stop the companies.

Walkers claim nothing more or less than the constitution of a differentiated right. They want to provoke the rupture of the indivisibility of the Republic and the indistinction of the races and religions set forth in art. 1 of the Constitution.

The aim of the White March is not the denunciation of an imaginary fault of the police. The marchers, the lawyer, the uncle, know perfectly well that the narrative of the events by the public prosecutor is correct.

What they call into question is "France (is an) indivisible Republic, secular, democratic and social". (art.1 of the Constitution).

9) - The political qualification
It is time to qualify the policy led by this White March.

This integration of the gangsters in the political debate, this legitimization of the terror that they make weigh on the city, take a name in the European political history.

It is a revival of revolutionary fascisms aimed at mobilizing the masses under the dictates of multiple groups linked to the ruling classes.

In the era of globalization, it is not extravagant to see French politics also formed in the seizure of popular masses by Islamic interests and that these are openly supported in the suburbs by representatives of the CIA.

10) - The deal
This March is not coming out of nothingness.
a- On the day of the March, one of the two passengers will be buried at the Muslim square of the Poisat cemetery, in the district of Grenoble. The other will be buried in Turkey.
b- Thus, not one of these two dead is buried in the Municipal Cemetery, with all the dead without distinction.
c- Remember that Muslims refuse to be buried with non-Muslims because their proximity prevents them from coming out of the grave to go to Paradise.
d- How do we want people who do not conceive the fraternity of the dead to accept the unity of the living?

For there to be a "Muslim square" it was necessary that the representatives of the public authorities agree to violate the continuity of the state, secularism, and to discriminate against the French according to race and religion.

The factious of the White March, as in the thirties or during the Algerian War, have fully understood what is expected of them. They sneak between the capitulations of the representatives of the Republic and use them for the benefit of their ambitions.

In this political configuration, the police are required to keep the factious Muslims on the edge.
1- When the factious Muslims expel the workers, the employees, the middle managers, French, from practically all the HLM cities of France, including in Paris, the leading networks welcome the victory of the fight against the hatred, the racism and the discrimination.
2- When they overflow from this framework and encroach on the flowerbeds of the bourgeois and petty bourgeois French academics, one writes books of denunciation, such as INCH'ALLAH, one sends the police, one manifests against the rupture of the indivisibility, secularism, indistinction, but only about the Jews. Hunt the Jews is horrible. Hunt the French workers is legitimate.

The exit of the "suburbs", that is to say of a delimited population, of these political practices and their overflow on the "city", in other words the petty bourgeois and the bourgeois, announces itself by the formation of intermediate groups such as the Antifas, which allow them to be secularised and disseminated.

Antifas are characteristic of this expansion of Islamism towards the penetration of society. They are both supported (affair Meric), used (violence of demonstrations), fought slightly (aggressions of businesses during the demonstrations of Vests Yellow).
Islamist subversion may also be part of the expansion of judicial consent for children over the age of six to have sex with 30-year-old adults. It's already done for 7 to 11 years old.

It is the opening of a legislative debate allowing the marriage union of a man of 50 years with a girl of 6 years and the consumption of the marriage at its 9 years.

11) - The stage
Since the attacks of 2015, however, it is a significant development.

It is seen through various events: Charlie and the Bataclan, the conviction of the policeman Saboundjian, the charge for rape of a police officer in the Theo Luhaka affair, followed by other blames of police officers and gendarmes for arrest of offenders, the now recognized decline of law enforcement in all criminal situations involving people who identify with those of the White March,

From now on, the question posed within the State is that of the acceptance of the duality of formation of the Public Authorities (Constitution and Sharia) or the indivisibility of these (Constitution or Sharia).

The book INCH'ALLAH opens the statement of this question by the partial evocation of the installation of Shariah in the judicial police of Seine-Saint-Denis and the state's inability to separate.

It is by taking note of this evolution that the lawyer and uncle of the dead passengers put the terms of the political and judicial debate in such a limpid manner; in the form of an ultimatum.

In this sense, the case of the Grenoble scooter can be considered as a stage of the French public debate.
