CONTRIBUTION (20) TO THE NATIONAL
DEBATE WISHED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC IN 2019.
THE BREXIT AND THE PRIVATIZATION OF
EUROPEAN POLICY (1)
The purpose of this reflection is on
the strategic political consequences of England's exit from the EU. I
do not study the causal filiations of this one.
1. Preamble
Here we are all at the foot of the
wall.
The Europeans must ask themselves if
they want a 2nd European Reich, exclusive of England and dominated by
the agreement, now confrontational, between Prussian Germany and the
United States (The 1st European Reich goes from Munich, the 29th and
September 30, 1938, May 8, 1945) or if they want a democratic Europe,
from London to Warsaw, made possible since the victory of Democracy
in 1945.
They must ask the question and answer
it. Every decision will have consequences.
2) - The duel
The Brexit that leaves England of the
EU institutions mechanically ensures the supremacy of Germany on an
institutional Europe then become purely continental.
It is a fact that from now on, the
German executives want all the Directions of the EU. For now, they
claim them in the name of their superior abilities. Tomorrow, they
will make it a right.
In this sense, the Brexit concludes 150
years of Prussian state policy.
Germany's 1992 Maastricht Treaty is a
continuation of the Prussian policy of territorial unification of
Germany in 1970 and the servile union of Europe in 1914 and 1940.
3) - Privatization
This political turning point is that of
institutional unity, the rule of law, transparency, in the face of
the particular, secret, subversive maneuvers of England.
However, it appears at first as a
formidable accelerator of the privatization of the dominant European
policy.
This privatization of political
relations between European states accompanies the dictatorship of the
private form of economic property on which the European Union is
built.
There is dictatorship because the
famous "free and undistorted competition" original not only
imposes the primacy of the private form but ultimately its
exclusivity.
Brexit is a stage of its expansion; a
date. The English dreamed about it. The Germans do it.
4) - Liberalism and statism
Under the state, this primacy of
private interests was common, even dominant, until the Liberation in
1945.
Only the victory of democracy over
Nazism has given the state primacy over the private sector.
b- The European Union is first and
foremost the return to the primacy, even the exclusivity, of private
property.
There is no contradiction between
absolute statism and dominant liberalism. Private property takes the
direction of the exercise of the state.
For example :
A- England
Queen Victoria was the empress of an
empire of which the English East India Company was the de facto
government by the legal powers conferred upon it by the English
Government.
At the time of the Sepoys Revolt in
India in 1857, the English State was the military substitute of the
Company.
The crushed revolt, Emperor Bahadur
Shah Zafar hid in the tomb of Humayun, but he was captured.
He witnessed the execution in Delhi of
his sons and grandsons by Lieutenant William Hodson. Their cut heads
were presented to him.
It was the deposition by the Company of
the last Mughal emperor that allowed Queen Victoria to become
Empress.
B- Germany
The media legend wants the Third Reich
statist and fascist to be the exact opposite of liberal and
democratic England.
This is not the case with regard to the
relations between private economic property and the state.
1- From 1933 to 1945, the government of
the Third Reich, symbol of the state dictatorship, constantly paid
the money it borrowed from banks more expensive than the English
government.
2- From 1941, the difficulties of the
Russian Front entailed the expenditure of military armament to exceed
its production.
a- The Reich sets up the slavery of the
European peoples.
b- It reorganizes the economy on a
centralized and dictatorial basis.
3- Victory of statism? Not at all
Economic centralization bodies are
state bodies with State prerogatives, but their leaders are the
leaders of the Konzerns.
These "National Industrial Unions"
are all run by the big names of Cartels. They are all there: Krupp,
Mannesman, Flick, Goering, etc.)
The equivalent in the arms industry,
the "Armaments Council" is led by the same.
Hitlerite statism is the surrender of
the capacity and authority of the state to private rulers.
5) - The strengths of political
privatization
This privatization is noted in some
crucial historical facts.
1- England
The exclusion of England only concerns
its presence as a nation in democratic and political bodies.
Once excluded, England becomes again a
leading economic partner of Germany. It is one of the conditions of
the European and world power of this one.
In spite of the appearances and the
constraints of the war, it was the case for the German IInd and IIIrd
Reich, it is one of the fundamental of the continuous German policy
for 150 years; including during the wars.
Circumstantial impediments restored
these private state relations at a later date. Brexit is an
opportunity to take them back.
This installation of a joint activity
deprived of the German and English executives outside the European
institutions and out of the control of the European countries, is the
resumption of the European activity of England, under the diktat of
Germany.
2- Turkey
This political privatization also
guarantees the continuity of the German alliance policy with Turkey
and the entry of Turkey into the EU. This strategic alliance is the
reason for the renewal of the Turkish occupation of the free
territory of Constantinople, in 1918 and 1945.
a- In 1918 Turkey was defeated with her
ally Germany. In addition to the Armenian Genocide in Asia, this is
the moment when the Turks are chosen to purge the free European
territory of Constantinople from the Greek and other non-Turkish and
non-Muslim peoples. Hundreds of thousands of people were massacred,
exiled, enslaved, to maintain this occupation.
b- In 2015, in coordination with
Turkey, Germany organizes the arrival in Europe of more than one
million so-called Syrian migrants.
Through this initiative, the FRG
imposes its administrative policy on all the countries of Europe,
particularly the countries of Eastern Europe which it considers as
colonies.
c- On 18 March 2016, the EU signed an
agreement with Turkey on the control of migrants and the resumption
of negotiations for Turkey's integration into the EU.
This agreement was negotiated
exclusively between the Chancellor of Germany and a feal and the
Turkish Prime Minister. The private agreement imposed itself on the
EU.
Turkey's entry into the EU will lock
Prussian supremacy over Europe. Finally at home!
3- France
This political elimination of England
allows Germany and her compatriots to isolate France, to overcome it
in one way or another, and to ensure its domination over Europe.
It is a continuation of the secular
debate between France and the associated countries and the Holy Roman
Empire.

Kramp-Karrenbauer, nicknamed "AKK", President of the
Christian Democratic Union (CDU), candidate for the Chancellery, the
German government already sets up the consequences of the exit of
England from the EU.

c. France's participation in Victory
becomes illegitimate. It is the scam of a criminal state that seeks
to survive its defeat. That of 40 conditioning that of 45.
De Gaulle is the false born of the
French State of which Petain is the only legitimate representative.
e- The war against the Soviet Union was
legitimate and saving.
f- The Soviet Union is not one of the
winners.

5- The fraud at the right
This shift towards a continental Europe
dominated by Germany also depends on its recognized capacity to place

6) - The Brexit
There are many reasons for Brexit and

executives "have learned nothing and nothing forgotten".
1989 is not a new start for Europe. It
is the repetition of the "divine surprise" of June 1940,
the return to the world before 1945, 2017, 1789.
Brexit comes from there. It is the
product of this revenge on the effects of the victory of Democracy in
1945.
Three markers among the most visible of
this revenge:
a- The destruction of social security
systems throughout the EU; both as a condition of membership (Eastern
country) and as a consequence of integration (For example, the
abolition of corporate social security contributions to destroy the
French Social Security).
b- The delegitimization of public
property which was the support of all European democratic policies.
c- The dictatorship of the exclusivity
of the private property which was the support of all the fascist
adventures and in particular Hitlerite.
This revenge is as much for the Eastern
countries that are becoming colonies again, as for the peoples of the
West, including the English, who are losing all the social,
democratic and economic gains of the 1945 victory.
7) - Peace
The media continuously explain that the
refusal of submission to Prussian Germany leads to the European war.
The same is also true of the mantra according to which the imposition
of the separation of church and state to Islam leads to civil war.
What ensured peace in Europe from 1945
to 1992 dates from the war in Yugoslavia, it is neither the
Franco-German agreement nor the Treaty of Rome.
This is the victory of Democracy
defeating Nazism in 1945. Free France and England were in the camp of
Democracy; Germany led the camp of Nazism including the Vichy regime.
8) - England and Germany
The dead seized the alive one. Europe
can not continue in this cannibalization of the present in the past.
The European peoples do not have to
suffer the consequences of these imperial ambitions disappointed or
satisfied.
Neighborhood relations with England
have never been simple. They are always very complicated.
But what is simple and clearly

England's presence in the European
Union is a major necessity for Democracy and Europe.
