PROPOSAL TO INSTALL PARITY OF LAW AS THE STANDARD FOR ACCEPTANCE BY MAYORS OF CANDIDATURES FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2021.

I propose the installation of the joint, equal, legal, universal, presence of both sexes in all the bodies of deliberative assemblies, public authorities, public administrations or delegation of public authority, or benefiting from the granting of public subsidies, as a common feature of all presidential candidates in 2021.

I propose that this parity of rights of the two sexes becomes for the presidential elections of 2021 a standard of the political debate and their acceptance by the legal authorities concerned.

There is still time to tell the Mayors not to sponsor candidates who refuse it.

During the election, the French will have no practical answer on the climate, purchasing power, reindustrialisation, immigration, nuclear power, etc.

These questions are the business of the actual action of the next government.

It is up to the voters to make their choice as to the candidate.

On the other hand, they can obtain as of now that the parity of law is a standard (moral for the moment) for the acceptance or the refusal of the sponsorships of the mayors.

In any case, there will be no general mobilization for the climate if the other constitutive half of humanity is lacking at all levels of action.

It is illusory to claim to democratically approach immigration, Europe, school, etc. without imposing not only equality but the equal presence of both sexes in official and public action.

Addressing mayors so that they take on this responsibility, theirs, is possible. Let's do it.

The issue of gender parity is national and non-partisan.

This demand is as much that of ad hoc organizations as of the population. The former must therefore call on the French to address their elected representatives.

By this address, democracy is essential in the conduct of the electoral debate and its conclusions.
