Madam Minister,

With respect, allow me to address you point-blank about your statements on Mr. Bourdin's January 5 issue of Cannabis.

Your government has the authority to legalize Cannabis.

It is urgently necessary to allow the personal or company culture and to program its legal commercial organization to come with the payment of the related taxes.

This would break the exclusivity of mafia domination over this consumption and allow the police to focus on their core business of stalking crime and not searching for panties and panties.

The schools, the suburbs, the cities, the countryside, can do no more with this criminal dictatorship than guarantees prohibition.

I respectfully draw your attention to an anecdote:
a- In the 12th arrondissement of Paris, police officers of the BSQ are currently indicted for wanting to dispute with dealers the representation of the public authority.
b- They are at the request of an American association.

We are already transferring the public authority of "cops" to "thugs"; in Paris.

This case portrays the function of the moralist lobbies as a sex-cache of mafia interests and disorderly manipulations, including foreign ones.

How are you going to ask 150 euros, or even 30 euros, for penniless men and women?

In fact, you will simply have allowed the official focus of police action on consumers to benefit the freedom of the mafia traffic.

I know a little about the effects of prohibition.
a- It delivers the most vulnerable young people to the dealers and forbids educators of all kinds, including the police, to intervene.
b- The doctors themselves can not exercise their profession freely.
c- She leads these young people to be looters for their families.

Do you know what is the anxiety of these parents to monitor their affairs against their child and see the police arrive?

And you also want to send them the tax for amounts they can not pay or they will have to take directly on food?

It is no longer possible to hide that prohibition is a desired solidarity with mafia activity and its regressive political consequences.

Wanting to control impetuous development does not relieve the responsibility to continue it.

You have the means and the governmental capacity for a democratic policy on this issue in any complex way.

It is no longer possible to leave it to incantatory and anathemizing perorations alone.

I beg you to think about it.

Thanking you for your attention.

Please accept, Madam Minister, the assurances of my highest regards,

Marc SALOMONE
