CONTRIBUTION (7) TO THE NATIONAL DEBATE
WISHED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC IN 2019. THE RETURN OF THE
JIHADISTS AND THE AFFINITIES OF ISLAMIZATION. (Continuation of the
reflection n ° 5 of February 6, 2019, cf: madic50)
The French government has just voted
for the return to France of jihadists detained by the Kurdish
authorities.
One of the major aspects of the return
of the jihadists in their country of nationality is that they are
thus removed from the justice of the country which served as their
pivot to form, to regroup, to set up their strategy of war crime,
their policy of criminal back and forth between this host country and
the countries of departure.
To reserve the right to characterize
the legitimacy of the national judiciaries, according to the supposed
interests of the Western countries, is not only illegal but is a
resurgence of political and academic colonialism.
Entrusting the jihadists to the Kurdish
forces only made sense and international legality in the prospect of
joint work between Kurdish fighters and Syrian national justice.
From the moment that the Kurdish forces
no longer seem able to ensure themselves the custody and the judgment
of these war criminals, these must be handed, in the forms and
without more detours, to the Syrian justice on the territory. from
which they must stay.
Indeed, the Syrian State has never
ceased to exist nor to be recognized by international law.
That, whatever the difficulties of the
Syrian government to fulfill its obligations with respect to the
national unity and the preservation of its populations.
The forces that have formed against the
official government have never at any time produced a government or
competed with that of Damascus.
The French announcement of the
repatriation of jihadists of French nationality in case of impediment
to action by Kurdish forces underlines the inability of these to
embody any state legitimacy, judicial in this case.
a- the Syrian government is still in
Damascus.
In the same way, Syrian justice has
never ceased to be where its judges are.
France does not recognize the Syrian
government.
But to say that the mere fact of a
disagreement between Paris and Damascus is enough to disqualify this
justice is a diplomatic and legal joke.
This war is led by a dozen foreign
countries, multiple criminal organizations and dominated Democratic
parties.
The clearest result is that Syria
exists and its legal representation is in Damascus.
Moreover, in 2017-2018, the French
government has itself recognized the legality of the Syrian
government of Damascus and the sovereignty of the Syrian state in
Syrian territory:
a- The Quai d'Orsay explains about the
jihadists: "They are intended, if they are detained, to be
judged by the courts either in Iraq or in Syria [...] For the moment
it has never been envisaged that they are judged elsewhere than on
the spot "
b- Florence Parly, Minister of the
Armies: "If there are jihadists who perish in these fights, I
would say that it is so much better and if they fall into the hands
of the Syrian forces, well they will depend on the jurisdiction
Syrian forces ".
A political turnaround does not
condition a legal change. Except that France stands as the tutelary
power of Syria; in other words, colonial.
These times are over but their memory
is present.
The French government is rushing into a
tutelary policy whose countries of the South, especially those who
are similar to Syria, so-called Arab countries, will hear all the
brutality and consider it an insult.
We can expect discreet adjustments as
the states are used to and the means. For example, French nationals
will be arrested and tried for illegalities normally tolerated.
First there was the Libyan war in 2011.
England, the United States, France,
violated the mandate given to them by the United Nations. Instead of
protecting democracy, they defeated the legal government,
assassinated its disgruntled leader, to the benefit of
self-proclaimed democrats who turned out to be fascist thugs and
incompetent.
To do this, these three countries have
not hesitated to shave this country.
It is nothing but ruin, chaos, slavery.
This fraud, which then President Obama
has tried to stand out officially, is directly responsible for:
a- the paralysis of the international
community in the resolution of the Syrian question.
b- the industrialization of human
trafficking between Libya and Europe.
The difference however is that in 2011
the three Western powers can still declare themselves technically
winners.
In 2019, they join the ridicule of the
military derelict to the violation of international law on the
recognition of States.
Some states dig when they hit the
bottom.
France therefore passes recognition of
the jurisdiction of the Syrian justice to judge the jihadists to the
organization of the return of these by virtue of a privilege enjoyed
by the French to be judged only by the French Courts for crimes
committed abroad.
It should be discussed with senior
executives of Alstom detained in the United States for the purpose of
blackmail.
This measure to help French jihadists
is the current government's resumption of the policies of its
predecessors.
This political and legal whim of the
university castes will mechanically lead to a weakening of the
diplomatic authority of France.
It does not seem obvious, then, that it
is international considerations that preside over these political
trips.
This political line seems to be
explained only by considerations of domestic policy.
Through these returns, the government
wants first to flatter and woo the Muslim electorate and to conform
to the academic doctrine of the alliance of capitalists, academics
and immigrants based on the exclusion of the French working classes.
Successive French governments have
undoubtedly wanted to maintain the direction of the operation of this
triptych. But, it appears that it is not so simple.
Indeed, this policy, which has been in
force for several decades, seems to have led to certain changes in
the functioning of the public authorities.
The book Inch Allah, by MM Lhomme and
Davet, establishes this evolution:
p. 13. "The idea of this
book arose from an interrogation: within this community, do we
witness the rise of supporters of a claiming Islam, which would seek
to extend its territory, to gain whole sections of society? Clearly,
to Islamize a department, or more if affinity? ".
Does the government still have the
means to prohibit the return of the jihadists?
When the Minister of Justice defends
this return, she refers to the children of jihadists.
a- Now, these children are precisely
the place of dialogue and bargaining between "Islamized"
France and the government.
b- Grandparents and human rights
associations are no longer content to offer their humanitarian and
helpful services.
c- They made the return of the children
and by extension of their mother a requirement of right. As such, it
is supported by the courts.
Thus, in stages, it becomes right that
"children", babies, infants of adulthood, because of French
nationality, come back to suckle the breast of their motherland.
My country believes that it can
substitute its maternity rights for international law.
Having severed diplomatic relations
with Syria and verbally disqualified Syrian justice; the French
governments can not object to this dripping demagoguery.
The journalists Davet and Lhomme pose
the question of the extension of the Islamization of a department to
"more so affinity".
a- The return of the jihadists is on
the one hand the manifestation of an Islamization on a scale not more
departmental but national.
b- It is on the other hand the
formation of "affinity" channels which guarantee this
extension.
The return of the jihadists is a
legalization of the jihad and an integration of sharia in the
functioning of the public authorities and the Muslim party in their
composition.
Otherwise :
a- These adult babies will have been
provided by the state to report to Syrian justice. It is the only one
that can establish the crimes committed in Syria.
He treated them as refugees fleeing the
Syrian dictatorship and exfiltrated from their country of crime by
his care.
c- It remains to be explained in the
name of which the French State will summon these political refugees
to answer to French justice, because French, of supposed crimes of
which this justice can not have any factual knowledge.
