CONTRIBUTION (9) TO THE NATIONAL DEBATE
WISHED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC IN 2019.
AGGRESSION AGAINST M.FINKELKRAUT AND
FRENCH INEQUALITY BEFORE THE LAW. THE FUTURE OF LAW IN FRANCE.
(Continuation of the reflection of
February 13, 2019, see: madic50)
1) - The problem
Since Mr. Finkelkraut's aggression,
parliamentarians have consistently called for the condemnation of all
racism in general and every racist act in particular.
However, judicial and state realities
are the exact opposite of these wishful thinking.
Judicial policy, in particular, is
based on inequality in French law and on their social distinction
when the facts are known.
2) - Example of a racist aggression
against a French leader:
On Saturday, February 16, 2019, Alain
Finkelkraut, Academician, meets a procession of "yellow-jackets".
A group stands out and the Academician
is insulted, conspired, followed in a threatening manner.
1- Yahoo video:
we hear distinctly a group of men
shouting to him: "Barre, filthy Zionist shit. Dirty shit. Nique
your mother. Palestine. Homophobic shit. You're a racist, break up!
Fascist liberation. France, it's ours. Dirty motherfucker. Species of
racist. Hateful species. You're a hater and you're going to die.
You'll go to hell. God, he will punish you. The people will punish
you. We are the people. Big shit. You will recognize you. Zionist
species. Big shit. He came on purpose to provoke us. Shut up!".
2- video of Charles Baudry:
we hear: "Facho! Palestine! Go
home ... Go home to Israel. Go home to Israel. Antisemitic. France is
ours. Return to Tel Aviv. You're a hater. You'll die. We are the
French people. Go home. Here is the street! "
1- Immediately, the mobilization of
networks of public executives operates around the denunciation of an
anti-Semitic and anti-university aggression.
2- A demonstration is programmed on the
field. It turns out to be that of the partisans of the between-ones.
The following day, Sunday, February 17,
the Paris prosecutor's office opened an investigation after the
verbal aggression against Finkielkraut; as well as the title of
Sciences Po's graduate newspaper, Le Monde.
a- The newspaper recalls that Mr
Finkelkraut was protected in time and that he thus had no
after-effects of the non-moral aggression.
b- This investigation is opened for
"public insult because of origin, ethnicity, nation, race or
religion" after the insults of which the philosopher was victim,
Saturday, on the sidelines of a mobilization of " yellow vests
".
c) The investigation was entrusted to
the Personal Crime Suppression Brigade (BRDP).
Alain Finkielkraut said he would not
complain, saying "neither victim nor hero". No problem, the
magistrates do it for him.
3) - Example of a racist aggression
against ordinary French:
On 23 and 26 August 2018, in a unit of
time, place and action, under the authority of the Salvation Army
Directorate, a poor French suffers from the staff an exclusion whose
racist character is patent.
The simplicity of the facts:
Two men, aged 20 and 68, both leave the
hospital for a broken ankle. They both have a brooch and screws as an
ankle.
Chance is that they present themselves
on the same day, at the same time, simultaneously, at the Salvation
Army Soup, in the lobby of the former Chamber of Commerce.
They both claim, simultaneously, not to
be forced to go into the queues that are reserved for them, because
of the danger they run obviously for their ankles in the jostling
inherent in these files.
The three customary guards recognize
these dangers.
They accept the request for one and
refuse it for the other.
They tell one to stand aside to avoid
the jostling.
They urge the other to join the
dangerous line.
The first is Arabic, the second French.
The guards are Arab and black.
When French tells the guardian that
racism is constituted, he tells him to the magistrates:
You tell them that! And he waves up and
down a finger of honor.
Then he mobilizes Arabs who come to the
soup.
1- There is no doubt about the racism
of the approach and the consequences of endangering others.
2- The Director of the Center and the
National Directorate of the Salvation Army declare that the guards
are their exclusive representatives.
3- That day, the French did not eat.
The French is filing a complaint dated
September 10th, for:
"Complaint against x for racism,
refusal of assistance to a person in danger, refusal to comply with
the public purpose of his business, refusal of food, association of
criminals, calculation and premeditation. "

The prosecution receives the complaint
on September 17, 2018, the RAR being authoritative.
He replies on September 19, 2018.
In other words: by return mail.
"I have the honor to inform you
that I have read your complaint of September 10, 2018, which has
received my full attention ....
... As a result your complaint is
dismissed to my prosecution under the number indicated above. "
4) - The permanence
Magistrates usually behave as
guarantors of the myriad of fascist micro-policies suffered by
vulnerable French people.
They proceed through the impunity of
groups, constants or opportunities. For example, they take the
pretext of the foreign names of the actors to close the
investigations as the strangeness of the names does not allow to find
the aggressors.
Racisms, rapes, theft, intimidation,
spoliations, etc. They go so far as to require psychiatry as a means
of torture to have complaints withdrawn.
In Paris, they are guarantors of the
very likely spoliation of the mentally handicapped in favor of the
construction of a Mosque under the benefit of the fraud to the
construction of a cultural place.
To support Yugoslav hooligans against a
mentally handicapped person, the prosecution, after all the rest,
will oblige the Tribunal four times. Until this one authority status.
From time to time a criminal bubble
burst on the surface and interests the networks of executives. They
seize it and afterwards the criminals are crushed. A media bubble is
a judicial bubble.
5) - The evolution
The only outcome of such a state
configuration is the development of a judicial policy based on
privilege. Such a population will be protected from one type of crime
while another will be condemned to suffer it.
The smashing of a police car in Lyon
shows the limits of this backward caste policy:
1- There is little, it seemed acquired
that one does not touch the police. It costs too much in the courts.
2- From now on, they are:
1- Police officers who are afraid of
the courts and who are sentenced.
2- The thugs injured or killed by the
police during an assault who file a complaint against them,
personally or by their heirs.
This is also what happens with Mr
Finkelkraut.
1- It was expected that only French
workers and employees would be attacked and driven out of the
suburbs. This was done.
2- From now on, it is the Academicians,
in Paris, who are targeted by training pogroms.
6) - Conclusion
This evolution and the sordid fears it
arouses in the executive networks are the main motivations for the
media storm following Mr Finkelkraut's aggression.
When the same types of aggressors
harassed the middle-class French in the cities and burned their cars:
1 - The same media populations
supported these revolts of the oppressed, the "colonized",
against their oppressors of the cities, the "racists".
2- Justice guaranteed the impunity of
the aggressors.
The newspaper Le monde has devoted
entire pages to celebrate inventiveness:
a- destructors of the HLM cellars and
the transformation of these into repackaging garages for the stolen
cars.
b- young dealers who discovered the
laws of commerce by giving a bar of shit to a novice to attach as a
customer.
As the wind of the balls begins to heat
their ears; Journalists of the Le Monde today make books to warn of
"the Islamization of a department and more if affinity".
Let us bet that their detestation of
the French of the popular classes, whose magistrates have woven their
jurisprudence, will lead these university graduates to find the
necessary compromises with their aggressors.
